One Stop Shop — amount deducted but not refunds

Dear Sir I udaybhan sheshram pandey working as one stop shop authorised agent i have booked an railticket fron railticketonline.com ticket having waiting listed PNR [protected] which is auto cancelled from irctc and amont refunded into one stop shop but i can not get refund from one stop shop and all executives are not able to talk with me for this refund. So i request you to take suitable action on this matter. thaqnks
