One Stop Shop — order no # 7908 wrong cheaper product delivered product

Dear concern,

Bring to your attention, you had not delivered the product which i have required.

In the invoice details you have mentioned phillips model qt 4011/15 having cost of 2249 inr but actual product i received bt3105/15 is having less cost of 1845 inr also having less features which i have required.

Request to replace the product or return refund for the same. I am attaching some of the photos of received product.

This kind of service is really bad please kindly do the needful and revert.
