One97 Communications — amount deducted while booking in irctc | |
I was booking a ticket on 13 september 2019 through irctc which at the end not booked and money got deducted from my account through one 97 communication. Please refund my amount back in my account. I didn't received any booking transaction i'd and there was just a message came not booked. The amount got deducted was rs 530.40. I don't understand why it is not been transferred quickly.
