On 19/11/2020, I tried to transfer an amount of Rs3000/- from my Bank account to Paytm wallet, but the transaction failed and my Bank account debited by Rs3000/-.and transferred to your end. I lodged the complaint on 24/11/2020 and further complaint was again lodged 22/12/2020. Despite of the above, money not transferred to my Bank account nor to my Paytm wallet. It seems the money has been transferred without any authorization and it is fraud transaction that took place in my account. If you do not refund the money within THREE working days, then I shall be constrained to lodge complaint against you in Cyber security cell.
