One97 Communications — Deducted money from my account

I ordered one phone from them and paid for it from my credit card, now the credit card company has charged me for rs 1676+504+2065+232 .I dont know how they have charged these from my account, on being asked they tell me to go after one 97 and there is no record of one 97.
this company should be sued they have cheated the hard earned money from me.they will burn in hell.
i am attaching here the credit card statement pictures how these guys have cheated me.
please help me to have my money back

Women watch /ordered watch not a delivered

I ordered a women watch on 17/05/16 in paytm website. The product is not yet delivered. But money rs 403 debited from my Account. The days are went off than delivery date.please take this complaint to your consideration and solve it.I need my money or product which I have ordered on paytm website
