महोदय दिनांक 02.05.2021 से दिनांक 16.08.2021 तक थोड़ी थोड़ी करके कुल 21139 रूपये धोका धडी से किसी ने मेरे खाते से निकलवा लिए है l उपरोक्त समय के दौरान निकली गयी राशी का मेरे पास कोई भी मेसेज नहीं आया इसलिए मुझे पेसे कटने का पता समय पर नहीं चल पाया l लेकिन जब मेने बैंक पासबुक एंट्री करवाई तब मुझे इस धोखा धडी का पता चला l महोदय यह सभी ट्रांसेक्शन वन 97 कम्युनिकेशन लिमिटेड के द्वारा हुए जिसकी सम्पूर्ण जानकारी संलग्न पासबुक में प्रकाशित की गयी है l

महोदय में किसी भी प्रकार का मोबाइल एप्प्लिकेशन का इस्तेमाल नहीं करता हु फिर भी मेरे खाते से ये पेसे केसे निकाले एवं किसने निकाले इसकी मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं है l

Respected sir,
Yesterday I got a mail from State Bank that Rs.500/- withdrawing using your Debit card on purchasing, if you're not then call the following Nos.to block the card. In the mail statement I have seen that this transaction has been done through One97 Communications L, Noida. Seeing this I have checked my Bank Account statement and seen that since last July 13 to 23/August/2021 total eight times such withdrawals has been done without my notice and without requesting any OTP for such withdrawals. Till today total Rs.3824/- has been withdrawn from my Bank Account.
How can I get it back...? I have seen that the using Paytm is not secured now, because it makes transaction through One97 Communications L Noida, to done the transaction through which they have been collecting our data and doing this kind of crime which may one day throw the company to a big collapse.
I request your honour kindly to examine the case and refund the money to people's whose money has been illegally withdrawn ed.
