One97 Communications — deduction of my money twice of rs. 500

I was paying at a shop through paytm and my money was deducted twice. I had check at the shop but they didn't receive money twice and i had then complained in oaytm they have said you must visit your bank and then bank manager has said that it was in my bank passbook that the money has been deducted by you at the same time when i was paying at the shop. Kindly return my 500 rupees back.
