I have booked train ticket from bgm to sbc on 29 march 2018 in irctc rail connect app but ticket did not comfirm it had been automatically cancel and money already have debited from sarswat bank account, but still not refunded.
Plz look into this matter immediately.
A/c n1547 dr for inr 1280.00. From debite card 29 mar 2018.07:32:11 pm. At one97 communication lim dlin[protected].

Hi,

I was using Vodafone M-pesa for My Postpaid Number Bill payment but that time showing Balance is Rs.0 in my M-pesa for that I was Add Money using Internet Bank but Money did not add and Bill did not confirm it had been automatically Cancel and money already have debited from My Federal Bank Account but still not add Rs. 843.03 in my M-pesa or still not refunded.

Please look into this matter immediately.

Rs.843.08 debited by ECOM Txn using your card XX2381 at ONE97 COMMUNICA on 13APR2018 00:30:51.BAL-Rs.18.76.Call, if not done by you-Federal Bank
