One97 Communications — Fraud transaction through PayTm

On 22.6.21 I received a call from [protected] for updating Vi kyc .I responded and then he uploaded Team viewer ID[protected].During some conversation with him and filling my biodata, I closed at 12-30 PM.Then after an hour, I found that six lakhs six thousnad rupees has been transacted to six One 97 communication accounts and also through paytm debit card. I do not use payTm and have no card. I did not received any OTP or SMS alert from my bank for any of the fraud transactions. I registered FIR for such fraud transaction and intimated my Bank. But I feel that you could resolve these false transactions and refund the money to my bank a/c from where these were deducted.I am a 76 years old retired Scientist of National level reputation who believe that honestly you could resolve the fraud and refund the money.It is the matter of credentiality of apyTm and your company towards our Nation when our Beloved honourable Prime Minister unrestly trying for digitilation of all monetary transactions,
