One97 Communications Limited — Not Reporting My loan outstanding as per the terms agreed (Within 60 days)to Cibil.

I have paid all my dues to Paytm postpaid but the same has not been shown in my cibil, that is severely hampering my cibil score.

My CIBIL is showing that the RS 4000 personal loan has been taken as on 31st May 2022 and nil repayment has been done, however I have made the payment of June and July bill as well and the account is also closed.

Further as per the terms and condition of the Paytm postpaid services they send the details to cibil within 60 days but my cibil score of 31st July 2022 is showing that nil repayment is done of the loan of RS 4000 as on 31st May 2022.

These guys generate bill on 1st of the the preceding month but the send the details of loan outstanding as on last day of the month.

Further many times they do not send the cibil the correct amount that is outstanding with them.
