Good morning sir,

My name is Pendyala Narsing Rao. I am 81 years old currently residing in Hyderabad, Telangana. I am not very efficient with online banking. Today my relative showed me a transaction that took place on 12-Jan-2021 wherein an amount of INR 467.90 was deducted from my State Bank savings account. This amount was deducted by PayTM Payments Bank fraudulently. I am not aware of doing this transfer by myself. Please do justice in this regard. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Good morning sir, I had taken help from another relative to take up subscription of Sun TV (Sun Nxt) app. The payment was made using PayTM. Today I was discussing this with that relative and reminded me of the payment to the app. When I cross checked, the dates and time it are matching. My apologies sir for the inconvenience.
