Dear sir,

I resigned on 15/12/2023 from Paytm company as Group Leader with Proper 15 Days notice period and at that time My Inventory was 0 which means Every assets ( including Soundbox Unmapped & Available Devices )was returned to company by me .

Stil i got a mail from HR team that i have an outstanding amount of Rs 2045 /- against me as recovery and now i have to pay it back to company for issuance of my relieving letter .

aslo my last month salary was not paid to me

I applied a personal loan of 2lakh rupees using Paytm app on May 7 2023, The loan was approved with the loan account no: LXW-M[protected].

In the app it is showing that amount was disbursed on same date, but amount was not credited into my Paytm payments bank account.

Unauthorized SBI credit card transection in month of November. i have already complaint in SBI credit card customer care and also complaint in RBI portal.

Dear sir, I cancel my ticket on 24th April.
And refund money sent from irctc in one97 bank but i didn’t receive my money

I had made the transaction for my bus ticket through the Paytm payment gateway, my money was debited but when I looked at my reservation it was still unbooked. Wondering if I will get my refund, once I post a complaint on the website through their customer care number but none of them seems to be helpful.

I do not use paytm anywhere as a form of payment especially not with my uber account yet every time I book a cab there are deductions to one 97 after paying with my axis bank credit card. can you please stop these deductions and refund my money?

I had paid tution fees 25/2/2022 around 3.15pm through Paytm postpaid but my amount is successfully completed as shown in my Paytm app but reciever not received the amount till now already 7 days completed I raised the complaint in Paytm app but they are not responding so I am kindly requesting to resolve my problem either amount not refunded to my account or transfer to the receiver account

Hi Team,
On 07-Feb-2023, I just missed the payment of PayTM Postpaid by just only 30-40 minutes after midnight 23:59 pm due to some family Issue i.e. my mother was hospitalized and in serious condition.

But immediately paid total amount within 30-40 mins when I was free from the Hospital emergency and from conversation of doctors.
As one-time exception, all other Bank and Credit line service companies provide the waiver of late fee. But here due to medical emergency PayTm One97 Communications is not providing the Late Fee Waiver.
This situation can happen with anyone. But here PayTm or One97 Communications taking advantage and only trying to make money without understanding the customer's problem, at least once. I am using Paytm since last 11-12 years.
I have never seen this kind of worst service of PayTm or One97 Communications.
I think in this case customers should avoid using PayTM Postpaid and PayTM services.
