Harassment from Postpaid collection team

My paytm Post paid limit was 10000 and i was not able to pay the amount because of hospitalization and 31st May i have paid 6500 balance I have to pay 5485 rs. but recovery agenst asked bme to opay balance on 7th June itself otherwise my file will move to field .Then i informed that on or befor 30th June I will clear the dues. My post paid limit is 10000 .Because of hospitalization I was not able to pay Postpaid bill on time so they charges 1985.63 Rs.
And on 31st May i have paid 6500 I informed them that balance 5485.63 i will pay on or before this month end but the collection agent is asking to pay today 7th of June itself and on 7th I have received whatsapp message that My UPI will block earliest and i cant use anymore and auto debit will happen from my UPI.

first they send message without name of the financial institution or from where they are messaging.

Its a harassment only.

      Dear sir,

      I resigned on 15/12/2023 from Paytm company as Group Leader with Proper 15 Days notice period and at that time My Inventory was 0 which means Every assets ( including Soundbox Unmapped & Available Devices )was returned to company by me .

      Stil i got a mail from HR team that i have an outstanding amount of Rs 2045 /- against me as recovery and now i have to pay it back to company for issuance of my relieving letter .

      aslo my last month salary was not paid to me

          Money stuck in fixed Deposit which was made automatically by the paytm app owned by one 97 communications

                        I had made the transaction for my bus ticket through the Paytm payment gateway, my money was debited but when I looked at my reservation it was still unbooked.
