On 22.6.21 I received a call from [protected] for updating Vi kyc .I responded and then he uploaded Team viewer ID[protected].During some conversation with him and filling my biodata, I closed at 12-30 PM.Then after an hour, I found that six lakhs six thousnad rupees has been transacted to six One 97 communication accounts and also through paytm debit card. I do not use payTm and have no card. I did not received any OTP or SMS alert from my...

My balance was deducting.
Every day 5 rupees were deducting from my balance.

Please check one97 and remove the subscription which i never subscribed....

Unauthorized charges has been debited from my bank bank account (A/c no. :[protected]) without my consent. Wanted to understand the reason behind such charges being deducted from my account. From my bank statement i understood that an amount of rs.248,
+307+444 has been debited totally at multiple transactions. Request you to take a look at this and revert to me at the earliest.

I paid a document charge for a loan through a company website. I got server error during the transaction but amount got debited. Kindly confirm the transaction status and refund date of the transaction.

Myself Shrikant dubey, there has been a case with me. Someone called me saying that they are from bank and want to block our credit card which we wanted to do, they started asking bank details and we replied and after an hour around 37, 000rs through credit card and around 20, 000rs through our sbi account using One97 Communication L Noida In(paytm). Kindly help us by investigating the incident and help us getting our money back...

I have noticed last month from my bank account, credit cards particular amount was auto debited without my knowledge which linked in Paytm account because in my transaction history shows the amount debited by One97 communication.
This month I have deleted the account and card details from Paytm. Amount is not debited this month.

I was paying at a shop through paytm and my money was deducted twice. I had check at the shop but they didn't receive money twice and i had then complained in oaytm they have said you must visit your bank and then bank manager has said that it was in my bank passbook that the money has been deducted by you at the same time when i was paying at the shop. Kindly return my 500 rupees back....

It is to inform you that i am facing problems paying money through your gateway. Whenever i try paying, money gets deducted from my account but it is not received at the other end. As an example, refference no. Igaexsgtl4 on 08-dec-18 at 11:56. So i request you kindly to fix the problem so that i can sand the money tommorrow itself as it is very urgent for taking admission.

While adding money, transaction of 777.5 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

I have booked train ticket from bgm to sbc on 29 march 2018 in irctc rail connect app but ticket did not comfirm it had been automatically cancel and money already have debited from sarswat bank account, but still not refunded.

Complaint lodged on 16th dec 2017 to paytm with ref no 46014792 for fradulent debit transaction of rs.2605.80 took place from my idbi bank savings account on 27th nov 2017. On 16th dec they reverted back saying that they cannot fetch the details with the transaction details. I even provided my debit card details. Paytm is not replying to my ticket and neither paytm is not refunding back my money....

I have searched about that company, i have shocked by seeing that because there are many such members who have lost the money due to false transactions. There are many cases about paytm...
