One97 Communications — payment made to one97 communications for irctc ticket not ticket not received

I made a booking for a train ticket from mumbai to goa on the irctc app. The payment has gone through but i have still not received the ticket. I have tried to get in touch with one97 communications multiple times as they confirm through message that the payment is received. Below are the transaction details:

I received payment confirmation from one97 communications for rs. 1015
But my booking has not gone through. I have not received my train ticket yet. It says failed transaction. Unable to reach one97 communications
