One97 Communications — Paytm postpaid fraud

Full Description: I had an amount due of INR 2700 from Paytm postpaid. On the 12th of October, I received a WhatsApp message from a Paytm agent that I need to pay INR 1000, and my account for Paytm postpaid will be closed and I do not need to pay any due anymore.

She told me that the account will be updated after 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours and my account hasn't been updated.

I am attaching the conversation from our WhatsApp chat and I request you take action against that agent for making fake promises.

I tried to contact the agent but her phone is switched off.
