One97 Communications — Recharge amount not credited in proper account | |
Recharged DISH TV with an amount of rs 1800 on[protected] through their website and using one 97 comm gateway but amount is not credited in their account but some one else account as per Dishtv reply as follows "Moreover, your payment of Rs.1800/- dated 24/Dec/2020 does not belongs to DishTV. It belongs to Business Name: Jain Sweta (MID: WwXtKq[protected])." Can you clarify whose account it has been deposited and how can i get the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
