I had done a transaction on Paytm for booking movie tickets of ₹506 & ₹506 respectively but due to some issues both the transaction got failed & still the amount of ₹506 & ₹506 was debited from my account. I had created a complaint ticket on Paytm app but still I haven't received my refund . It's been over 12 days now. Please look into the matter asap & give back my refund. Dear sir, i booked a movie ticket on 26/12/2016 by paytm.reference id.[protected].. tickets was not done & amt.decuted from debit card... please sir refund my money on my debit card as soon as possible...

I transferred amount of 1000 on 3 january 2017 to my bank account but the money has not been credited till date. I have tried to contact to paytm several times but there has been no response from their side. Please do the needful so that i can get my money back.
