One97 Communications — refund request | |
Hi, On 30th march, 2020, i paid rs 555 for recharging my jio sim via ccavenue. However, my sim was not recharged. When i contacted ccavenue, they said they had paid rs 555 to one97communications. My transaction was done via online banking: bil/onl/[protected]/one97comm/[protected]. I request one97 to kindly refund rs 555 because this money has not reached jio.
