Rs 22 was debited from my account **4497 - ICICI on One97 Comm as POS, however i have not done any transaction

I have made a payment of Rs.630 vide Transaction reference BIL/ONL/[protected]/One97Comm/[protected]/Di dated[protected]
I have made this payment to my Dish TV Service Provider. But till date the payment has not received by my Dish TV Service Provider. The amount has got successfully debited from my Bank Account.
Plz let me know the status of the payment made by me.
