One97 Communications — Two fraud transaction | |||
Sir, i sri dipak kumar, i lost my amount of Rs. 24369.00 at 5:44pm on dec 21, 2020 & Rs. 18984.00 at 5:49 on dec 21, 2020 from my sbi credit card account without of knowledge two differet OTP generated to my mobile and amount of Rs. 24369.00 & Rs. 18984.00 was deducted from my account immediately. in transaction list for that two transaction shows that ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L noida. so, please take some necessary action regarding this issue. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 27, 2020 Updated by dipaksonali please cancel those orders of Rs.24369 which hapend at 5:44 pm on 21/12/2020 & Rs. 18984 which hapend at 5:49 pm on 21/12/2020. because some one give those orders unouthenticali stolen my credit card details & OTP. so i request any how cancel those orders and oblised. | |||
