One97 Communications — unwanted deduction from my saving account

Today when i was checking my saving banks statement(attached the scan copy of 3 debit transactions) from June to Sep’19, suddenly i noticed that Rs. 140 got deducted from my saving account to given credited account numbers for the following transactions But the payment wasn't done me. It was done by " ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS P - INB Paytm PaymentsBank LTD” I have no idea about the following transactions.

But, i want to know how they made the transaction without the OTP. So this is also not secure or what???
I want my money back, that's it. Suggest me what to do and not further the fraud transactions.
Plz credit the amount into my account and solve the issues not further these transaction without knowledge of client.
