[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — activated one assist plan without customer's approval | |||
My name is smita. I have recently purchased a credit card from hdfc bank. When i received the statement of my credit card. I found that 1899 rs. Has been charged as a one assist mfee. When i contact to bank they ask me to contact one assisit consumer solution. When i talk to the customer care executive of one assist they told me that they have activated this plan after my confirmation on. When i ask them to provide the recording where they took my confirmation. Then they said that they can not provide the recording as it is only for recording purpose only. When i ask for refund they said that they can refund rs 800 only. Was this information helpful? | |||
