[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — amount debited for second time after cancelling the plan | |||
I have cancelled my one assist plan last year on september 07, 2018. I had received acknowledgement message from one assist that cancellation request has been recieved (Find the attachment). This month on 25th april 2019 again the same amount got debited. I request you to kindly refund the amount debitted since it is with out my consent.
