Dear team, Ref:- my relationship no: 306651 I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I was just checking my credit card statement and observed taht one assit have auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 5205 without my authorization on date:02/12/2016. However neither i want this membership nor i asked this, it was subscribed only for one year and same was communicated at the time of confirmation call. Now i forward the complaint to one assist team but they didnt take this seriously and told we already informed you and debited amount from your account, my point is when i asked this service only for one year also i didnt give any authentication then how can they make payment from account without my authentication, it’s a cyber crime activity,.
