[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Auto debited amount without my approval | |||
I am a ICICI bank account holder. The bank/one-assist has auto debited Rs.1779 from my account without my approval for renewal.I don't want this membership as i don't feel its safe since i was not informed about auto debit or auto renewal process and amount was deducted without approval, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Deactivate / Cancel & refund the amount( relationship no is 884562.) Please take necessary action refund the same as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken insurance on my mobile phone, when i was trying to raised the complaint they told us that replacement can not be possible for stolen mobile.
they put in there advertisement that they give the replacement.
