[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — auto deduction of fees of rs 1399/- | |
Am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6452 without my concern on date:09/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department on the very same day when i got message that if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. This is one of the most bad experience for me from your cutomer executive they are not responding to call nor cancelling the membership and just keep on telling Hello..., As if she is not able to listen my voice.
