My WA Privilege Single plan is auto activated. I have complained on your custumer helpline number to resoleve my complaint and they said it will refund within 7 working days but it is still panding i again talked to your helpline number and they are saying that it will be unable to refund my amount. What rubbish you are doing sir? This is a kind of custumer exploitation. i m not really interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my ICICI bank. My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it. Kindly refund it as soon as possible and it was charged without any consent. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3789460. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. However, if the amount gets debited from your account.
