OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Auto renewal of subscription without my consent | |
I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my consent. Last year i registered similar complaint on 16 sept 2019 (https://www.consumercomplaints.inoneassist-auto-renewal-of-subscription-without-my-consent-c2454809) to deactivate my plan and refund my money. This is second time they renewed even after notifying them to stop auto-renewal. This year again they deducted rs. 1399 from my account. I dont understand how they can do auto renewal without my approval. Who provided them right without my consents to renew my plan. Since my credit card got expired they debited amount via debit card without my consent and this kind of solicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. Last year i clearly told that i don't want to renew subscription anymore. That time one of there call center executive told next year before renewal they will call. But this time also i directly got debited without intimation. Please deactivate my plan and refund my money for last 2 years renewal fee asap. And again i am mentioning you that pleaseeeeeeee deactivate my account immediately. My relationship number is 2599626. Was this information helpful? | |
