[Resolved] Oneassist Consumer Solutions — automatically deducting money from account without otp and no refund

I have got call from this company about insuring the debit card. I havent permit any fund to debt from my account, they already enrolled me in the insurance scheme, only thing i did was i listen to them.
Now i applied for refund it has been 3 month refund has been not paid yet.
Even i called customer care, no reply, noone attends. Even i sent several mails there is not any reply form the team,
So not only me if anybody had theis tipe of experience all will say this is fraud company.
I request cyber cell /police has to look at this issue and close this fraud company
