OneAssist Consumer Solutions — being given wrong information from the superior and when consulted the person is not ready to get on the call | |||||
I had purchased an insurance with one assist for my phone with membership no. [protected]. My claim was passed under ber case but actually the invoice value input in your system is incorrect and because of which the claim is passed under ber case. Ber case is when the cost of repairs estimate is more than 80% of the actual invoice value. Actual invoice value is 26998 and input is 24000. I have talked to them related to this. But when i talked to the senior he misguided me with wrong information. And when i consulted this wit other personal who was the supervisor of the phone and explained him the situation he said i ll give you a revert on this by the evening or next morning. It's been 3 days i haven't got any call back. When i tried contacting him the person did not come on the call saying he is busy on other call and will arrange a call back, which is never done. The insurance company is trying to get me round and round and not replace my phone where it should be. Because it's there fault. They have misplaced the recording as well where in the person selling the insurance ask me to give an estimate amount and not a precise amount. This thing has happened to me like 7-8times the person containing me will never call me back.
