[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Cancel my one assist membership relationship no: 416257 | |||||
I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card ending 0053 has been subscribed for one assist membership and rs.1299 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just wanted to cancel my membership subscription and refund amount to my account as i don’t require any protection on my cards. So it’s no use for me to pay rs.1299 every year. I have asked last year also to not renew the membership but again you guys deducted the amount from my credit card. So, cancel the membership as soon as possible and refund back the amount.
