[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel my one assist service & refund my total amount | |||
I have received from icici bank that rs-1399 deducted from my account to one assist plan on 05/12/2017 without my permission. I am not interested in this services and kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement. Please deactivate this service immediately and refund total money asap. Last year i spoke with your company executive to cancel the service and re-fund total amount, he said ok & amount will be credited within 7 working days, but still it is not done.
