[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Cancellation of an insurance policy | |
I called oneassist two days ago and i was told that i would receive a call from one assist within 48 hours regarding the cancellation of an insurance policy. But i have not received any call yet. First of all, i had no clue how this policy got activated. It has been done without my consent. I received a kit from one assist on 4th april 2017 but i did not apply for that. I was completely unaware of the fact that i had to pay the purchase amount i. E rs.3097. Now this amount has been added to my credit card bill. Please deactivate this policy and refund my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
