[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of one assist service plan. | |
To one assist team/ICICI Bank I am an account holder of ICICI bank and you have activated one assist service plan enhanced WA prievillage single with my account on 22/10/2018 and have deducted Rs-1899/- from my account without informing about the service fee. As such i have called in your service help line on 23/10/2018 and has registered complain for cancellation of the above noted service and a reply message has been sent from ur side to this effect. But the amount which has been deducted from my account has not been refunded to my account as per your guide lines. My complain through call is within "free look-in period" as such 100% refund of the service fee deducted is demanded. So do the needful as soon as possible. Baby fareeda Acnt no[protected].
