Dear sir
I am dilip kumar ghosh your proposed customer. I am existing customer of axis bank. I dont want to be associate/particicipate in one assist. The amt rs 1899 deducted from my debit card for card protection without my permission. It requested to terminate the pan & refund my deducted amt immediately.

That's sound reasonable. However, could you explain why you guys need double verification to refund the money, even though you guys are already active to activate a plan without anyone's permission.
Last night I got a call they were asking for verification and suddenly the call was disconnected due to technical problem but later when I contacted the customer service they assured that I will get another call within 24 hrs. Your should call atleast twice or try alternative number. However, till now I did not get any ring from verification team. It sounds like your 7 day will turned into 14 days and I gotta wait for your kindness to get back my money. so please, without doing any formality, try to complete your task in a feasible way.
