We had purchased an insurance for our company cellphone Apple iphone 6S Plus, insurance had costed us Rs 3599 -/- . During the online payment, we got an payment failure message at the company's website. But the amount was deducted from our credit card (confirmed the same from our Bank). Had sent all the relevant documents to One Assist customer care email address but its been a week now and we are yet to hear from them. Please help.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
