Sir we r from chennai. We purchased vivo y12s from poorvika. Display broken. We are guided to your company for refixing display as its a warranty period also got insured from your company. So we submitted our mobile to your agent at chennai. First they called us and told spare parts are ready. Please make the insurance amount of rs. 482.we paid. After that no response. Even not taking the call. On saturday they told only after three days you will get it. We will give you in a box if any problem arise within a week you must give your mobile with that box. We said ok. But again thise people called and telling us again it will take three more days. I dont know whats happening there. Why such delay. Please tell me how long will it take to change a mibile display if you got it for getting repaired. Please look into this matter. Kindly make gesture. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
