[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Charged 1899 before the plan expiry, even after calling | |||||
Hi, I am arjun shaw, my relationship no is 1168759, id - [protected], plan - enhanced wa single plan, my phone number is [protected]. I received a letter of renewal from one assist. And i decided to close it as i am not having the usage now. I have called multiple times and asked to close my policy in [protected] (One assist live uninterrupted) — https://www.oneassist.in/OASYS/private/customer[website], which is running and i don't wish to continue. Policy's last day is end of july. The policy seems to be inactive as the customer agent said, but my money rs 1899 (Icici bank) has been deducted even when i did not renew it. Date of deduction - 10/7/2017 Date of renewal/ last date - july end I don't understand this sort of cheating and fraud and who granted permission to deduct from my account. Unnecessary harassment even if closure request made much before renewal date
No co-ordination between customer care and executives money deducted after i requested to close OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
