[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Claim Rejection for my Iphone 5S and delay in delivering unrepaired handset. | |||||
This One assist company is a bogus company. They are just harassing the customers. Service Request number 1632119 has been logged on 2nd of November and My phone was picked up on 19th November. At 23rd November I got Intimated that they are submitting the repairing quote to National Insurance Company, there Insurance Provider. After one month they said my claim is been rejected for a nonsense reason. If i have to take care of my phone then why I should take an Insurance? After rejection i requested them to deliver my unrepaired handset, but still they are taking a long hell time now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
