[Resolved] Oneassist Consumer Solutions — complaining about one assist plan

Cancellation of one assist plan
I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also a sum of rs 1899 has been debited from my account and i want my refund. Please disable this one assist plan as soon as possible. The policy debits from my account without any prior confirmation. The bank (Icici) notifies after the transaction has been made which is quite unacceptable. Please disable this policy and refund my account asap.

As per our records your plan is not active and had been cancelled by us in the month of May. We haven't deducted any amount after the cancellation of the policy.
