I have recently open hdfc bank credit card account and got call for credit card approval.in that call, the calling person misguided me and activated credit card security plan and now my account debited with 2499 rs. It is totally fraud, you are trying to gain customer by directly activating plan and deducting money from customer account.
I want my whole money back otherwise i will take further action against you.
As its due on my credit card, if you delay you have to pay charges also.

Updated by snehalhulle My relationship no is 1760401 and plan got activated on 27 feb 2017 and I have also dialed customer care and they assured me that within 10 days will get my money back but I want it in 4-6 days.
