[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Damage claim | |||||
Hi there, I am writing this mail to share my bad experience with OneAssist. First of all, I would like to inform you that I have 3 devices registered for Protection Plan with them. December month, I have contacted to claim my Damaged Handset. They have raised a service request and sent me a pouch. I was out of station when pickup person called me to schedule the pickup. I asked them to delay 3 - 5 days so that I would be available to handover the damaged handset. They told that they can't do that. Instead, they will close this request and reopen when I'm available. I agreed to that. When I called for the second time, they reopened it and assured that mobile will be pickup soon. But the request was closed again without my concern. The mobile is picked up on January 12th and my requests are repeatedly closed stating that I've not uploaded the documents on time or not claimed the damage within 48 hours (why would they create new requests then). I did registered the damage on time, however I couldn't handover the mobile in the first claim. However, Iam no more interested with their service and I want my unrepaired handset back. Every time when I called the customer service, they were telling that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours and the handset will be sent back within 7 days. But I never received any update. I have been waiting for more than 3 months and it increases my level of frustration and makes me to lose the trust on OneAssist. The phone agent even told that they haven't received the mobile. WHERE IS MY HANDSET THEN????????????? Please send back the damaged handset (don't create any new claim request) immediately or send me a new one if you lost it. I am really fed up.
