[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — De-activation of one assist service that has been activated without my concern

I just got an hdfc credit card and when i logged into my account through netbanking, i came to know that my credit card has been charged with rupees 1299. I called the bank and they told me that some one assist service has been activated on my card. But i never opted for such service. I have not used my credit card for once yet. I really don't want this service which has been activated on my card with out my permission. I request the hdfc bank & oneassist team to kindly de-activate the service and make a refund with immediate effect as this is an act of fraud. Nobody can use my credit card without my permission. I also called up oneassist customer care yesterday but i was told that they cannot deactivate it just like that rather i was told to get a call back from the complaints department in next 24 hours but i have not recieved any call so far.
