[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Deactivate ONE ASSIST PLAN | |||||
[protected] Sir, I received SMS from HDFC Bank on[protected], that One Assist membership fees has been debited on my credit card and another message on[protected] that Rs.1299 is payable in 3 EMIs @1.5% PM and the same would be charged to my account, which left me shocked. I also received a welcome kit from 'ONE ASSIST' containing relationship number and brochure on[protected]. I neither requested the bank nor you to enable the said service plan and hence this unauthorized deduction from my credit card account is not acceptable to me. Therefore I request you to deactivate the plan and refund my money back to my account, failing which, I would be forced to take action. Following are my details.
