[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate one assist plan | |||
Hi, I have applied for credit card through internet banking and it is on its way to reach me. Yesterday i got a message like "thanks for choosing oneassistplan! Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs.1399. Send stop oa to [protected] in next 48 hours to opt out". I didn't choosed that plan. I immediately sent a text message to stop that service. Even then i didn't received any confirmation that the plan is deactivated or not. Why you people forcebily making us to choose that plan?
