[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate one assist plan

I haven't received my credit card yet.
But, on january 22, 2019 i have received a message from icici bank stating that my card is delivered successfully.

On january 23, 2019 i have received one more message from icici bank stating that rs-1399/- is deducted from my credit account by one assist.

More over i have not registered my card in one assist, so kindly deactivate my plan and refund rs-1399/- in my credit account.

My relationship number is 6153721

I have received a message from one assist stating that you have been processed my cancellation request and you will be refunding only RS-699.5./-

But you have deducted RS-1399/-. I don't know why you are refunding only half of the amount.

I haven't registered my card with you by signing any application form or visiting your website or App. I don't know who registered my card without my permission, even I don't have my credit card number. So kindly refund my full amount of Rs-1399/-.

I hope you will refund my full amount.
