Hi my name is tharun babu, this is the third time i am posting a complaint since 2 months for cancelling the subscription and to refund the money debited. As stated earlier i recieved a call last year with from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. On july one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I want to deactivate this subscription and refund the money. I have never got an update from either of the complaints, mrs deepali said refund has been initiated on july 30, which was over 2 months ago but still was not recieved, so stop the fraudulent act and refund the money asap.
