[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate the one assist plan in my account and refund my whole amount | |||
Hello, I am jayashree behera, do not know how 1899.00 rupees deducted in my icici bank saving account against one assist even i do not know about that. Even i have not got any message or call in my phone regarding this activation. After all i have tried many time to one assist but every time i failed. So please help me out and refund my money. thanks for your quick response and feel happy that your company is thinking about customer safety but one thing to say . why are you activating your One Assist Plan only by a single call . Some time any other person or any kids may pic the call . so do not do like this, you should make the customer proper understand and give him or her proper time to decide not forcefully activate your plan by calling .
