Hello I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.1299/- has been deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission... I also received a sms from one assist team. I don't even know about the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is a really criminal and fraud. Plz deactivate this plan and refund my balance as soon as possible. Plz understand it and do it. Was this information helpful? | |||

No doubt One Assist is a fraud company. But the main issue is how they were able to get our personal details. Isn't it from the HDFC website. So major concern is how safe is the HDFC netbanking. If personal details can be stolen from HDFC website then login credentials can also be stolen. So I request all the HDFC users to write HDFC about it or visit ur branch.
