[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivation of membership | |||||
Hi, I am hdfc bank credit card holder. Taken the credit just a month back. The bank/one assist has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 4312 without my concern or any prior information I have called them several times to deactivate this service as i am not interested at all but every time they tried to convince me that it can't be deactivated and also tried to give me discount, this is completely unethical and i want to deactivate this service and refund my amount asap and don't activate in future without my knowledge Was this information helpful? | |||||
