[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivation of oneassist service | |
This is the third time i m complaining about deactivate the oneassist service. I complained about it on 23/09/2018 and then 04/10/2018 and still axis bank and oneassist not giving proper response. Oneassist asked for the neft bank details for the refund on [protected]@oneassist.in which i sent them but still they are not taking any step for the refund. If this will continue, i will discontinue my account with axis bank. So deactivate the service of oneassist and refund the amount 1899/-. The relationship number is 5321000 and my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511 which is given by oneassist. It has been more then a week so refund the amount 1899/- as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
